Гермаковка - больше для любителей природы, чем старины. Известна с 1641 года. Село знаменито, прежде всего, одним из самых известных дендропарков на Тернопольщине. Начало ему положил еще в австрийские времена владелец имения в Гермаковке граф Блюхер де Вальштадт. С разных концов мира он завез в подольское село более 330 видов деревьев и кустарников. На площади 56 га произрастают представители из Сибири, Африки, Индии.
