Богуслав - один из старейших городов Киевщины. Он был основан князем Ярославом Мудрым в 1032 году. Это была крепость на реке Рось, построенная для защиты южных рубежей Киевской Руси от кочевников. Богуслав расположен в очень живописной местности на скалистых берегах Роси. Сейчас в городе проживает 17 тысяч человек.
