Whether using the kiosks or interacting with an agent, check-in is quick and easy, and security lines, although occasionally crowded, move at a fair speed. The Delta employees are always kind and professional, and the gate spaces are well-maintained. It's simple to have coffee or a meal before a flight because there are several excellent food alternatives close by. All in all, my flight with Delta from PHX has been enjoyable, stress-free, and smoothly operated.
